Robby the Robot the well known and much loved figure of a number of TV
programs from the 1960's has contracted the AIDS virus.
'Application Interchange (between)Distributed Systems' virus).
It has been revealed that Robby has been practicing unsafe SEx (System exchanges)
with a number of distributed systems. Within hollywood circles it was clear from early
in his career that Robby wasn't interested in Other Robots.
Sources have since revealed that Robby had a secret passion for Unix file server systems

and would regularly have unprotected Electronic 'application interchange'
with other much younger systems.
His favourite position was using his hardware for 'acceptance testing' of the file servers software.
As if this wasn't scandal enough it is also rumoured that HAL the computer made famous in 2001 a
space odyssy has been accused of distributing photos over the internet of underage
PC's practicing unsolicited System ex-changes.
