The Company

Kingsway Training is in the business of helping people reach their potential. Our key objective is to help unemployed people obtain employment. Pam Baker has been involved in employment search programmes since 1987, both as an Employment Service Provider and as an independent consultant. Currently we manage 9 Jobclubs in the Greater Manchester area. In addition we have devised and run additional courses such as Job preparation, Interview Skills, and Jobsearch Seminars.

The People

Staff members have experience in many aspects of training, having conducted a variety of courses with a range of clients in diverse environments. Much of the success in any employment related programme is attributed to the quality and enthusiasm of the staff, and we are confident that Kingsway's experience and talented staff will continue to produce positive results. We strive to produce high quality training geared to the needs of each particular client group and value for money in terms of positive outcomes, reliabilty and flexibility. We are committed to the ideal of excellence in all our spheres of activity, in particular the concept of assisting indviduals by increasing confidence and motivation.
