Both houses are in McInnes Street off Monks Road in Lincoln, fifteen/twenty minutes walk from the city center and on a main bus route, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with unlimited parking.
Both houses have been recently redecorated and are furnished with new furniture mainly from IKEA'
A TV set is provided with a prepaid license!
A very friendly pub (The Manvers Inn) is situated at the top of the road, well within crawling home distance!

Shared bathroom.
Fitted kitchen: with oven, (When you can't be bothered to send out for a pizza). A microwave cooker; washing machine; toaster, coffee maker; kettle; iron and board; freezer; fridge.
Sitting room: with settee and armchair, TV, table and chairs.
Outside is a pleasant south-facing garden with a brick store for cycles etc. and has a tumble dryer.
Prices: Rooms from £30 per week (min 40 weeks)
19 has four rooms but two are a bit
smaller These smaller rooms can be let at £25 per week if all four rooms are

Landlord: College lecturer for thirty years. Put three of my
