BANE Huntress's Anime/Manga Male Harem

the BOOK.

This is what I originaly wrote on my first IwtV page, maybe with a few add one's
It has been a while now since I have read the book, but I'm planing on reading it again, and who knowes maybe I might read the other book's I havent yet, but I fear I'll have my head in M*******, looking for all the Louis bit's again ^_^ tehe.

BANE's Review thingi of this book.
written befor reading the Vampir Lestat

If you have ever seen the film 'Interview with the Vampire' and loved it, And havent read the book yet, then what are you waiting for?!!
If your like me and hate reading book's that you've seen the film too or of... I say, if you like "Interview with the Vimpire" *the film* then you HAVE to read the book! theres no question about it, and if you also think that it will then ruin the film for you.. WRONG! I've just watched it again (for the 100th time) and it's still as good as it always was... only better ^_^!!! Come on! Brad Pitt just cant be improved what ever your imagination. tehe.

Anyhow.. this is about the book, It is vastly difrent from the film, which I think is a good thing, you learn more about Louis chara, and what pane he is atchelly going through, The lonlyness he feels, his relationship with Lestat (who I dont think is as thick as he seems), then his love for Claudia, as it say's in the book, his daughter and his love, but unlike in the film she's only about six or seven, if that, and isnt such an anoying little twit, she is
one evil little cow, not remembering what it meen's to be mortal.
Then theres Armand, he was a bit of a git, but he is a vampire and Louis didnt have to treat him like that >_<.. *huggis to Armand!*
Finaly, Even though the film and the book are verchaly two difrent entatis, standing separatly in there own right, they compliment each other to the fullist. I wouldnt recoment reading the book however if you havent seen the film, for Anne sometime's forgets to explain what things atchely look like or any feal for a sertan plase or time, so having the film to fall back on for visuals is a good thing and help's your enjoymant. For without that I can imagin geting hightly confused by the hole thing.
There is an exalent plot developmant and a brilliant charicter interaction with each othere, but it could have been better on the awra of the plase and time the book is set in.
But all in all, it's the best book I've read in a long time, easy going and most enjoyabul ^_^.

"The Choice I Never Had"

"The choice I never had" hmm... this is a line that Lestat keep saying in the film, but not so in the book... did he really give Louis a choice?... I honistly dont think it much of one, 'oww I'm sorry I seemed to have snacked on you a little tooo much... plaeas accept my apoligis as you meet your oblivian", "Oww think nothing of it old chap.. *gurgal*.. oops I apear to be dead... bugger"... some how I dont think so.
knit picking I may be but it's my page and I wish to pick ^_^... but to be frank if your faced with death your going to do anything to get out of it how ever much you crave it, it's human natcher, hell it's animal istinct we all have...
And yes I am curantly reading the Vampire Lestat, and I know he wasnt given much of a choice and come on it was better than what he found out could have been his fate, and at least now I know why he was such a git all the time, jees I think I would be the same! poor lamb, and I'm also not surprised he didnt so much like his farther in IwtV. But it's still not much of a choice, he could at least say "Hay I'm a vampire and if you like would you be a vampire cos I'm rather fond of you right now" I'm sure if they didnt laugh they would have taken him up on the offer... well you never know ^_^.

Haven of the Everlasting Angels

BANE Huntress's Anime/Manga Male Harem

SPOILER!!! if you havent read the book and are going to dont read on!
The thing that I find weird about this bit is that, ya, in the film
they thought Lestat dead and they knew Claudia did it so she dies
(killing Madeleine was a bit out, mind) but thats why Louis only
got put in the cofin behind the wall... But in the book they KNOW
Lestat isnt dead cos he's the one that told them about Claudia and
to leave Louis alone... So why did they proseed to kill Claudia? I
know Santiago wanted Louis dead from the beggining and he was a bit
of an evil bastard... hmm.. I dont know, just a little observation.
I supos I could ponder this for ages, and yes I know claudia couldnt
really be left to roam cos she was to young... have I just
contradicted my self?... never mind ^_^ I just think I need someone
else I know to quise the book over with.
