Bill
And Ted's Excellent Adventure

From: Atari
Year: 1991
Format: Atari Lynx

Go back in time (left) and in the desert
Comments:
The plot goes; Bill and Ted's girl friends have been kidnapped by the Grim Reaper. It's up to Bill and Ted to go through time to find them and rescue them. A slightly strange plot made as a mixture of both films this game takes the shape of a top down adventure game. You start in ancient Egypt and go from there solving puzzles and helping people as you go. You can play either Bill or Ted and can even link up your Lynx with a friend so they can help too. Your progress is saved in the form of passwords. It looks quite good and the music is fine. Not a bad game at all.

Comments: An adventure game based more on the idea of the film than the actual film itself. Good graphics and lively music.
Format: Nintendo Gameboy
Name: Bill And Ted's Excellent Gameboy Adventure
From: LJN
Year: 1990
Comments: You play the pair as they climb around platforms collecting flashing balls and avoiding historical enemies. Collect all the balls and the phone booth appears to take you to the next level. The graphics are pretty crap but it none the less quite good fun.
Format: IBM PC

Comments: An adventure game with the player controlling both Bill and Ted. The point of the game is for Bill and Ted to collect certain items to convince Historical figures to come with them into the future. Didn't receive very good reviews.
