Comments:

An action packed game based on the movie. The music is a pretty good 8-bit computer rendition of the original Vangelis movie score. The game is simple. You play Dekard as he hunts down replicants in the futuristic city. You do this by moving a dot around a weird map and pressing 'fire' when you highlight an area of replicant activity. You then land in your flying car (very slowly I might add) and then run down the long, scrolling street looking for the replicant. When he sees you he will run. You must dodge pedestrians or you'll bump into them and fall over and the replicant might get away. You can wait for a clear shot or just kill everything in the way until you hit the enemy (but beware 'retiring' a human will reduce the amount of reward money you get). Once he is dead you fly off in your car, again very slowly, and then do the whole thing again. Unfortunatly this is a direct conversion of the Spectrum version, made a year earlier. This means exactly the same graphics which aren't very nice to look at but are quite effective. This is worth a play.

Comments: Impressive looking, interactive movie style point and click adventure game on multiple CDs. Not directly based on the Ridley Scott movie though.
