Bruce Lee
From: Universal Studios Interactive
Year: 2002
Format: Xbox
Comments:
The full title is Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon. You play Bruce Lee who is out to stop the evil Lotus Organisation who have stolen an important Shaolin artifact and also have kidnapped your father. Has received very bad reviews (like 3/10) but I think it's a good fun beat-em-up. Good if you are very undemanding. When you defeat a bad guy you get a coin. If you collect enough coins at the end of the level you can buy new moves or increase your maximum health. But no matter how many moves you have I always end up just using kick and punch.
Other versions Of Bruce Lee:
Format: Gameboy Advance
Title: Bruce Lee: Return of the Legend
From: Universal Interactive
Year: 2003

Comments: You play Bruce who is playing as Lo a kung-fu student out to find the killer of his teacher. Lots of action and some varied stages including stealth missions. Great 70s setting and music. Very good chop-socky sound effects and quite a challenge. Worth a try!
Format: Spectrum 48K
From: Ocean/Data Soft
Year: 1984
Comments: You play the man himself as he runs around 100s of screens of Japanese scenery collecting lanterns and punching the skinny ninjas and fat sumos (who appear here looking a lot like the grime reaper in white and a humanoid pig monster) that keep appearing. The idea being to get through all these screens, collect all the lanterns and defeat the evil wizard in the final screen. The graphics are bad and the gameplay is really really repetitive but it was good in it's day. Has quite a cult following.
Format: Amstrad CPC
Year: 1984
Comments: Better graphics than the Spectrum version but otherwise the same.
Format: Commodore 64
From: Datasoft
Year: 1984
Comments: Same version as the others. Similar graphics to the Amstrad version.
