Comments:
Keep the city fit to live in, so the on screen instructions go. You do this by blasting prostitutes, club waving thugs and other unsavoury types to mush with a bazooka. So it keeps the tone of the film then! On screen notices tell you where there are riots etc so you can get on over there and blow the crap out of all of them and leave it for the ambulance men to clear up. A so so sort of game of dubious content.
