Based on the classic 1966 award winning movie in which a group of scientists are shrunk down, put in a tiny spaceship and injected into a terminally ill secret agents body so that they can remove a deadly blood clot. The game is quite well made for a 2600 game. You control the micro ship. You must avoid being hit by the wierd shaped blobs that represent the bodies natural defenses. The vein gets narrower and the enemies get faster before you reach the blood clot. Not a bad game but very old fashioned.
