At the bottom of the screen, in the pit, almost out, on the scaffolding and
blowing up porkies
Comments:
This must be the strangest case of movie
license ever! You
play Pee Wee in his quest to blow up Porky's. This is a very complicated task.
Basically you have to get from the bottom of the screen to the top of the
screen, where Porky's is situated. But in the way are various roads and rivers
(you know, like in 'Frogger'). If you are hit by a car or boat or woman etc you
fall into a pit. Now the first time you fall into the pit you will have to build
up two ladders at the top of the screen by collection yellow blocks. You get to
the top of the screen by swinging on a stick that is poking out of the swamp in
the middle. Once you build this ladder you climb out of the pit and come out
underneath Porky's. The idea now is to get to the top, where there is an item
like a screw driver or a bomb, and then push this item down to the bottom of the
screen and into the pit. Once this is done climb up and out. All during this you
are chased by some sort of baddie. If he catches you it's back into the pit
again. If you make it out one of the roads will be frozen (the baddies on this
road will not move any more). If you make it to Porky's then you climb around
some scaffolding and of the top of the screen. Done all that? Then you will
finally be allowed to blow up Porky's! Phew!
So what's it like? It's not bad. The graphics and sound are terrible but
what do you expect from a 2600 game? The gameplay is pretty old and rather
pointless and it does get repetitive really quickly. Worth one go but that's
probably it!
