Comments:
A good platform shooter. You play as Kile Reese fighting through many levels taken from the film, in order to stop the terminator. The graphics, which include stills from the film, and sound are good and the gameplay is close to the film's plot. It's quite tough though.
Other versions of Terminator:

Comments: A 3D shooting game based on the old movie. More when I get it.

Format: Sega Master System

Comments: Similar to the Megadrive version. It uses the same levels but the layouts are completely different. No where near as hard either.

Year: 1993?

Comments: A similar platform shooter as the cartridge versions. This one wasn't as well received though.
Format: NES

Year: 1993?
Comments: Rather sparse graphics and sound and little music. The game's not bad but it can get very annoying.
Format: SNES
From: Mindscape
Year: 1993
Comments: Quite possibly the worst graphics on the SNES. I don't know if this one was ever officially released but I hope not. What starts off with quite good presentation, leads into dreadful, tiny, 8-bit looking sprites and graphics so dark you can barely see them. The sound and explosions are pitiful. I presume you play Reese in your adventure that begins in the future. The high difficulty of it means you probably will die here too.
Format: IBM PC

Comments: A first person shooting/adventure game. You have the choice of playing Reese or the Terminator. Highly regarded on it's release.
