Comments:
I've been looking for this one for quite a while now so I wish that, now I've played it, I could tell you more about it. There really isn't much to say, the reasonable intro gives way to a pretty standard platform game. You control Rex as he jumps around New York, hurling rocks at baddies, on his way to finding Captain Neweyes' evil twin Professor Screweyes and stopping his dastardly plan. You can call your other Dinosaur friends for help so long as you have collected an icon of them. The graphics are alright, the main sprite is well animated, but the backgrounds are a bit sparse. The sound effects are good and cartoony but the whole game is just a very ordinary platform game.
Other versions of We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story:
Format: Nintendo Gameboy
From: Hi-tech Expressions
Year: 1993
Comments: A platform game with you in control of Rex. You jump around avoiding ants and birds while collecting things. There are a lot of hills to run down and water to jump over. Basically a standard platform game while good music.
