We are three minutes drive or a short walk from Southend Airport and a short bus ride (ten minutes) or even shorter drive from central Southend with it's High Street shopping area, two Shopping Malls and the Seafront and pier.We are also only fifty minutes away from London on the train.

The local Municipal golf course and Sports and Leisure complex are a five minute drive or a fifteen minute walk away and we are within easy walking distance of historic Prittlewell Priory with its museum, walled garden and surrounding parkland.

Twice a week there is a large open market close by.

Southend is surrounded by farms and open country with picturesque villages and many sites of historic interest.

Breakfast can be a "full English breakfast" or "continental breakfast". Special diets can be catered for, i.e.,vegetarian,diabetic or any other kind of specialised diet by prior arrangement. Obviously,we may need special written instructions for some specialised diets. Other meals can be provided by prior arrangement. Packed lunches can be provided for days out, if required.
