Vegeta: Goku has a reunion with his friends and introduces them to Gohan, his five year old son. However, a Saiyan alien lands on Earth to seek Goku. He introduces himself as Radditz, Goku's older brother, and asks Goku to join him in the Saiyan quest of universal destruction. But, when Goku refuses, Radditz kidnaps Gohan to blackmails Goku to kill innocent civilians. However, Goku remains loyal to Earth and decides to rescue Gohan through another method, by killing Radditz! Surprisingly, Piccolo allies with Goku and the first fight of Dragonball Z began. Piccolo decides to gather energy to do a super fireball on Radditz. Meanwhile, Goku stalls time. At the end, Goku puts his brother in a hold. At the advantage, Piccolo unleashes his fireball, which blasts and hits both Goku and Radditz! Krillan finds the fighters and laughs at the dying Radditz as he mocks him that Goku will be brought back to life through the power of the Dragonballs. Goku's brother replies that the device he uses to detect energy levels can also be used for communication. He sends the news about the Dragonballs to his two comrades, and dies. Because Piccolo discovered that Gohan had hidden powers when Gohan unknowingly head butts and damages Radditz, he kidnaps Gohan in an attempt to train him. Goku, rather than retiring in Heaven, is sent on a quest to run on Snake Way and to seek King Kaio to receive training for the upcoming fight with the Saiyan's. The rest of the Z warriors (Krillan, Yamcha, Tenshinhan and Chaozu) are gathered to receive special training from Kami. One year later, Napa and Vegeta (the evil Saiyan's) arrive to Earth. (But, they intend to find the Dragonballs to be granted the wish of immortality rather that to bring back the life of their unworthy comrade.) First come the battle against the Saibamen that Napa planted. The Saibamen fight, but are eventually killed by the team. (At one of these fights, Yamcha is killed.) After their defeat, our heroes fight Napa; Vegeta stands in the background and watches. In a series of battles, Chaozu dies as he sacrifices himself in an attempt to blow up Napa; Tenshinhan dies by using up his strength to try to kill Napa; Piccolo dies when he covers Gohan from Napa's fireball. Finally, Goku arrives and easily defeats Napa. Vegeta sees Napa's uselessness and kills him with a single fireball. As you all can guess, the remaining Z warriors begin to fight Vegeta. Goku begins to fight Vegeta. The odds are against Vegeta, so Vegeta creates a energy ball that substitutes the moon. Then, he turns into his full moon stage and turns into a giant gorilla. Our heroes get kicked around, but Vegeta later gets his tail cut off by Yajirobe. Goku donates energy from his Genki Dama to Krillan. This fireball hits Vegeta, but Vegeta survives. Meanwhile, Gohan's tail grows back. Gohan turns into his full moon stage and kicks Vegeta around. Later, Gohan gets his tail cut off by Vegeta and finally turns back into a little boy... landing right on top of Vegeta. Vegeta, weary and defeated, crawls to his space shuttle and leaves Earth as Krillan spears his life, so that Goku can fight him again.

Freezer: Years ago, Freezer killed king Vegeta, and conquered the Saiyan Planet. Then, he used the primitive Saiyan inhabitants as mercenaries to conquer other planets. King Vegeta's son, named after his father, also worked for Freezer despite the fact that he was the Saiyan Prince. A legendary hero rose. His name was Bardock, and his story is told in the Lonely Final Battle. The tragic fate of Planet Vegeta and the Saiyan's were at hand, and only few Saiyan's were left now. After the Vegeta Series, only two pure Saiyan breeds were left. One was the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta. The other was Bardock's son, Goku... After the death of Radditz, Vegeta learns from the message from Radditz scouter that Dragonballs existed. Later, he figured out that Nameck Dragonballs also existed. After getting defeated by Goku, Vegeta retreats to Freezer's planet to recover. Now, he carries on the new goal of gathering the dragonballs for himself to be granted the wish of immortality. He also plans to kill Freezer. Freezer is also in search of the Nameck Dragonballs to become immortal and begins to terrorize Nameck for the dragonballs. Meanwhile, Bulma learns about the Nameck Dragonballs from Popo, Kame's assistant. With the hope to gather the dragonballs to wish their friends killed in the Vegeta Series back to life, Gohan, Krillan, and Bulma venture off to Nameck on the spaceship that Kami rode on to travel to Earth years ago. Great battles on Piccolo's home planet are to take place... Gohan, Krillan and Bulma learns that Vegeta is also on Freezer and learn about Freezer. Goku is informed of this and recovers from the battle against Vegeta by eating a senzu bean from Yajirobe. Using Napa's space pod after it was enhanced by Dr. Briefs, Bulma's father, Goku travels to Nameck. At the same time, the deceased Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and Piccolo are training with Kaio. Meanwhile, Vegeta begins his fight against Freezer. With strategic actions, Vegeta kills Dodorian and Zarbon, Freezer's right and left hand men, and steals the captured dragonballs from Freezer. However, Vegeta learned from Dodorian that the Saiyan planet was not destroyed by a meteor as stated, but by Freezer. Ambitions to kill Freezer are strengthened. Freezer learns of Vegeta's betrayal and calls forth the Ginyu Squad. Team Ginyu, consisting of five members who constantly pose in funny dances, have a reputation as being powerful warriors of destruction. Goku finally lands on Nameck. The Z warriors now have a new enemy, one who must be defeated for the safety of the entire galaxy. Everyone plans to defeat Freezer, but Freezer is too strong. Realizing that he himself cannot defeat Freezer, Vegeta joins the Z warriors, but boasts that it is only to insure that Goku survives the battle so that he could kill him personally. (However, Vegeta ends up marrying Bulma, and have a son, Trunks). Team Ginyu is killed by the combined forces of Goku and Vegeta (except for Ginyu, who accidentally turned into a frog when he tried to swap bodies with Vegeta and Goku threw a frog in his path). Then, follows the fights against Freezer himself. To everyone's surprise, Freezer has the ability to transform into a few stages. With each physical transformation, Freezer's power increases. Krillan is killed in battle and Goku becomes enraged in an anger so deep that he too undergoes a transformational power up. Goku's hair becomes golden and spikes up, and he reaches Super Saiyan level for the first time. The tides of battle now turn to Goku. With a single energy blast, Freezer and his planet are blown. Freezer learns the true powers behind a Super Saiyan. The Z warriors are back on Earth. The dead Z warriors are granted back to life. Everyone thinks that Goku was killed in battle, but Goku really escaped to planet Yardrat, where he learned how to teleport. Cold, Freezer's father, learns about Freezer's defeat and quickly gathers Freezer's body parts, which are floating around in space. His henchmen quickly reassembles Freezer. (This is why Freezer was half robotic). Freezer tells his father about Goku and his powers, but his father doesn't believe him. Cold continues to boast that he is the universe's strongest warrior and best space conqueror, and can never be defeated. The villains land on Earth to seek revenge for Freezer's defeat. The Earth becomes endangered once again. All of a sudden, a figure appears out of nowhere. It is adult Trunks, but no one knows who he is or where he came from. He turns into his SSJ and aids the Z Warriors in their battle. Trunks single-handed kills Freezer and Cold with the aid of his sword. Trunks introduces himself as Bulma and Vegeta's son. He grew up and traveled back in time to prevent his chaotic future. Trunks tells about deadly androids. He carries heart attack medicine for Goku. Trunks also tells that Goku is not dead, but will appear in front of them in a matter of minutes. Everyone doubts whether or not to believe this stranger. In a few minutes, Goku really teleports back to Earth in front of everyone and meets Trunks.

Cell: After years of anguish from a defeat that took place decades ago, Dr. Gerault continues to plot revenge against the character who destroyed Red Ribbon and ruined him, Goku. Android Cyborge #19 (I call C19) is the first of a series of creations to destroy Goku. Along with the scheme, Dr Gerault requests C19 to make him into a cyborge so that he would become stronger, and this bears witness of the transformation of Dr. Gerault to C20. The Z Warriors meet with C19 and C20 and the two sides engage in battle. Goku leaves the battle while Vegeta faces C19. The android is destroyed and C20 is shattered. Despite the grave defeat, Dr. Gerault's cybernetic programming enables him to self repair, so that he may live to fight again. C20 then works on developing a better android model. Meanwhile, he unleashes two of his other creations, C17 and C18. C17 and C18 get annoyed of Dr. Gerault. As a result, C17 kills Dr. Gerault. But, the doctor had just finished creating C21, who is still developing in a giant test tube. Before he dies, he issues the final command to his new android to feast on the rebellionous androids. C17 and C18 leave the lab and unleash C16. But as it turns out, C16 is a peaceful android. (This can be shown through his love towards the wild animals). As time passes, the Z Warriors become aware of the new androids as they battle again and again but always reach a stalemate. However, the Z Warriors are still not match for the androids because the androids are robots, and therefore do not tire in a long battle while the Z Warriors eventually run out of energy. Goku suffers a heart attack in one battle and retreats. Trunks, who was sent back in time by future Bulma with medicine to heal Goku's heart so that Goku would live to kill the androids and thus change the future, gives Goku the medicine. Goku is saved, but the Saiyan's still do not continue to fight the androids. Instead, they train in a chamber to get stronger. Meanwhile, Piccolo fuses with Kami, his half father, to become stronger (His story is told in the Dragonball series.) Dende, a Nameck child, replaces Kami as guardian of the dragonballs. Cell flies to find C17 and C18. On his way devours the souls of the unlucky civilians he passes to become stronger. Finally, he meets with the other androids. To our heroes surprise, they learn that C17 and C18 know nothing about Cell. Cell and C17 threaten to kill each other. C17 heads out to fight him. But, he does not stand up to Cell and is easily defeated. This is when our heroes learn the great powers of Cell. C18 is now worried, but C16 flies out to fight Cell. To everybody's amazement, C16 is able to stand up to Cell. However, he is still destroyed. Cell now heads for his goal and devours C17 with his tail. Cell now changes into his 2nd form. With the power of C17 combined to his, he becomes stronger than ever. Then, he heads over to devour C18. C18 tries to escape, but she is still eventually devoured. Cell now changes into his 3rd form1, and becomes "Perfect Cell" Cell, after devouring the souls of so many people, is no longer an android and becomes organic. After Cell is gone, Bulma collects the body parts of C16 and repairs him. C16 is reprogrammed to fight on the Z Warriors side. Our heroes now head out to fight Cell, and C16 is once again destroyed. Cell grows strong enough and reproduces. From his body come 7 Cell Juniors, miniature blue duplicates of Cell. With the death of C16, an enraged teenage Gohan powers up and reaches Super Saiyan level 2. Gohan then destroys all the Cell Juniors and fights Cell. In a following battle, Cell is kicked and C18 is spit back out (She is unconscious). Cell turns back into his 2nd form and is defeated. But, he activates his self destruction mode so that when he dies, the world will blow up with him. To save the Earth, Goku teleports Cell out of Earth and into Kaio's planet, where Cell blows up. Thus, Goku, Kaio, Bubbles, and Gregory die as well. The Z Warriors mourn the loss of Goku, but cheer at the victory over Cell at the same time. A fireball flies out of nowhere and pierces through Trunks. Upon Trunks death, Cell, in his 3rd form, appears. He tells that when he blew up, a brain cell survived. From the cell, other cells multiplied and he was once again formed. Cell happily laughs as he tells that he is amazed he is able to rebuild himself into his 3rd form! Then, Cell threatens to destroy the earth. Now it is up to Gohan to try to save our planet. With one arm (the other injured when he went to let a fireball meant for Vegeta hit him), Gohan prepares a fireball. He fires at Cell and Cell fires back. A stalemate is meant, but with Kaio's help, Goku is able to talk to Gohan and encourages him. Meanwhile, Krillan protects the unconscious C18 and Yamcha, Tenshinhan and Vegeta attack Cell in hope that this will distract Cell. With the help of the now dead Kaio, Goku, also dead, is able to communicate with Gohan and encourages him to use all his power to defeat Cell. Gohan overpowers Cell and Cell is disintegrated by Gohan's fireball. (But, Satan takes credit for Cell's death because of his lies to the reporters). At the end, the warriors gather the dragonballs to bring those killed by Cell back to life. However, Goku is still dead because he was already brought back to life once and cannot come back again, but tells that he is okay and is now with Kaio. C18 awakens and flees. However, everybody learns that Krillan has developed a crush on C18! At the end of this series, there is a short memorial about the life of Goku.

Boo: Goku is competing in a fighting tournament of the dead. His meets a statement with his new friend and opponent, Paikuhan. On Earth, Gohan is training Gotten and Vegeta is training Trunks. Gohan and Vegeta become shocked at the fact that Gotten and Trunks can reach SSJ at such young ages. There is another Tenkaichi Budoukai on Earth. Gotten and Trunks wanted to attend in the competition, but were banned because they are too young. However, they steal a competitor's costume and wore it. They battle C18 and their disguise is revealed. Piccolo faces someone known as Kaioshin, but freezes upon sensing his opponent's power. Goku is granted a single day of life to fight at the tournament so he is also present. It is Gohan's turn to compete. He has assumed the identity as a masked crime fighter known as the Great Saiyan Man. Gohan powers up and turns SSJ. This blows off his disguise and the audience learns that the Great Saiyan Man is really the nerd Gohan. Spopobitch and Yamu, two competitors with a "M" on their foreheads, fly out to the battle ring and approach Gohan. Then, the two mysterious men take out a lamp and use it to absorb Gohan's energy. Gohan falls unconscious, Spopobitch and Yamu fly's away, and everyone else becomes shocked and wonder what just happened. Kaioshin and his partner approach the Z warriors and revive Gohan. Then, they tell their story. They are really godly beings beyond Kaio and are here to stop the plot of Babidi and Dubler. Babidi is an ugly little being who wants to destroy all life just for the fun of it. Dubler is the Prince of Darkness. Babidi and Dubler are allied at the task of reviving someone called Boo. To do so, a lot of energy is needed. Everyone learns that Spopobitch and Yamu are zombies of Babidi. That is why they absorbed Gohan's energy. Allowing Spopobitch and Yamu to attack Gohan was part of the plan to follow them to Babidi's lair. A new terror breaches over the Earth. The Z warriors decide to help Kaioshin for the sake of their planet, and follow Spopobitch and Yamu to Babidi and Dubler's lair. Babidi and Dabura's minions are killed in the battles to come. Our heroes face Dubler now. Unaware of Dabura's ability to "stone", Krillan and Piccolo are turned into stone. The only remedy to the curse would be Dabura's death. Dubler is eventually killed and Krillan and Piccolo are restored to normal. Learning that becoming Babidi's slave will make him stronger, Vegeta volunteers to become Babidi's slave. A "M" appears on Vegeta's forehead and he turns evil once again. Majin Vegeta looks forward for another battle against Goku and hopes to defeat him once and for all. Vegeta's powers donation to Babidi grants enough energy to revive the fat being known as Boo. Boo is reawakened and Babidi rides around the city on top of him. Cities begin to get terrorize. MVegeta knocks out Goku, but realizes that good triumphs over evil. He regains his sanity and truly becomes good. MVegeta goes off for Boo and fights him. Boo is a lot stronger and has the advantage. In a final effort to defeat Boo, Vegeta self-destructs, hoping that his sacrifice will take Boo down with him. To his dismay, Boo survives. Even in SSJ2, Goku is unable to defeat Boo. Rage increases, and Goku reaches SSJ3 for the first time! Meanwhile, Bulma gathers the dragonballs to revive all the civilians killed by the Majins since the Tenkaichi Budoukai. Boo grows tired of being Babidi's slave and kills him. Then, he purifies himself by fission and splits into two beings. One is pure good, and the other is pure evil. The two Boo's fight and the evil one turns the good Boo into a cookie. The cookie is eaten, and Boo powers up in a body transformation. The fat Boo is now leaner and more muscular. Meanwhile, Gohan heads to Kaioshin planet to receive training. As a sign of respect, he wears the Kaioshin suit. Gohan pulls out the legendary Z Sword and begins to train under DaiKaioshin, the Elder Kaioshin. Gohan is learning how to use his hidden powers without getting angry to go SSJ. Kaioshin reflects at his past. When he was young, he lived in peace with his family at his home planet. Then, an evil sorcerer, Babidi's ancestor, used Boo to terrorize. (At the time, Boo was smaller than how he appears during the current section of the series). Boo killed all of Kaioshin family members. The Kaioshin cursed Boo into his fat form and made him dormant. Kaioshin, his partner, and DaiKaioshin are the only Kaioshin left. Now, years later, Boo has been revived. Gohan completes his training with DaiKaioshin. He chooses a change in clothes to wearing his father's suit and wishes everyone goodbye. Goku wishes his son luck, but envies that he cannot help because he is dead. Kaioshin partner teleports Gohan to Earth. Gohan appears in time to save Gotten, Trunks, and Piccolo. Gohan beats Boo and Boo self-destructs. Thinking they won the battle, Gohan, Gotten, Trunks, and Boo flew off. They saw Satan and Dende on their journey and took them with them. A being flies towards them. It is Boo! Gotten and Trunks fuse again and are in SSJ3. Eagerly wanting to fight again, Gotenks boasts about beating Boo. Taking advantage of the distraction, Boo absorbs SSJ3 Gotenks and undergoes another body change. Now a lot stronger, Boo overwhelms Gohan. Boo throws a fireball at Gohan. Gohan tries to block, but another fireball pushes Boo's fireball away from Gohan. The ally is Tenshinhan. However, Boo prepares another fireball. In the judgment court, King Yamma grants Vegeta life so that he could help save the planet. In Kaioshin planet, the Kaioshin tell Goku about fusion earrings. Kaioshin and his partner demonstrate. Each partner wears one of the earrings and the to permanently fuse. The earrings are given to Goku. He is to give one to Gohan so that he and Gohan could fuse to beat Boo. To bring Goku back to life, DaiKaioshin exchanges his life for Goku. Goku's halo disappears, and DaiKaioshin falls dead. Then, he reawakens with a halo on top of his head. Goku thanks everyone and teleports to help save Earth. Boo is about to throw a huge fireball at Gohan. Goku teleports to the scene and throws a fireball at Boo. Boo is sliced and his legs and lower part of his antennae are cut off. Goku tells Gohan about the fusion earrings and throws one to Gohan. Gohan catches it and prepares to wear it. The cut off part of Boo's antennae engulfs Piccolo and Boo changes into a stronger form again. The cut off lower body of Boo walks and kicks Tenshinhan unconscious. Then, it engulfs Gohan and Boo powers up again. Goku feels despair again. Vegeta appears and aids Goku. Goku tells Vegeta about the fusion earrings and Vegeta finds the earring dropped by Gohan when Gohan got absorbed. Goku and Vegeta are pulled together and become Vegeto! Vegeto beats Boo, but purposely gets absorbed by Boo to save their comrades. The absorption cancelled out the effect of the permanent fusion and Vegeto splits back into Goku and Vegeta. They find and rescue Gotten, Trunks, Gohan and Piccolo by carrying the bodies and escaping through one of Buu's pores. Good Boo is also still in Boo's body. As the characters left Boo's pores, they returned to their original size. Meanwhile, absorbing Vegeto had given Boo enough energy to complete his phase change. He powers up as the escapes from his body takes place, and returns to his original form. "Original" Boo is back. Boo does a giant fireball and blows up the Earth. The newly fused Kaioshin teleports to help Goku teleport Vegeta, Trunks, Gotten, Gohan, Piccolo, Dende and Satan to safety in Kaioshin planet. Boo teleports and follows Goku. Goku and Boo battle. Goku gets beaten and is weak, so Vegeta joins the fight. Vegeta admits that Goku is better than him for the first time and then fights Boo. Buu beats Vegeta and is about to kill him, but Satan pops up and threatens Boo. Boo attacks Satan but Satan dodges the punch. All of a sudden, Boo goes in pain and spits the good fat Boo out. The two Boo's fight and the good Boo gets beat unconscious. Goku and Vegeta continue to face Boo. Vegeta tells Kaioshin to gather the Nameck dragonballs. He does so, and makes the first wish to restore the Earth. The second wish revives all the civilians that Boo killed. The third wish is saved for later. Everyone is back on Earth except Goku, Vegeta and Boo. Goku begins to create a Genki Dama while Vegeta distracts Boo. Our heroes on Earth tell people to raise their hands. Doing so will donate energy to Goku's fireball. However, no one listens. Satan, still famous after the Cell Game, raises his hands. Following the example of their idol, everyone on Earth raises their hands. Goku gets enough energy for his fireball and he fires it. Boo is too strong to get blasted and holds the fireball back. Kaioshin makes the last wish from the dragonballs to restore Goku's energy. Goku's power restores from his weakened state and he uses his revived strength to strengthen his fireball. Boo, unable to repel Goku's Genki Dama, is killed by the fireball. Our heroes have won the battle.

Trunks: C17 and C18 were released. C17 killed Dr. Gerault and the androids began their reign of terror. Goku faced the androids, but suffered a heart attack. Without the proper medicine, Goku died. Without Goku, the Z warriors were too weak to stand a chance against the androids. In turn, Vegeta, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, and Krillan were killed in battle. Chaos wrecked everywhere. Cities were destroyed by the androids just for the fun of it. Many were killed without reason. Trunks is now a teenager and Gohan is grown up. Master Roshi, his turtle, and Woolong spent their days hiding in a submarine. Chichi and the Ox King lived in fear and mourn over Goku. Bulma learned how to live the terrible environment and goes about his everyday business. C17 and C18 continue to destroy everything in their path. Their victims tried calling the army, but the federal troops have already been killed by the androids. Trunks is riding home with Bulma. There is a radio report about another disaster the androids caused. Trunks becomes angered with rage at such injustice. He flies off to the devastated city and anger continues to build because he knows there is nothing he can do; he knows that he is too weak to fight the androids. Gohan descends in front of Trunks and agrees to train Trunks. The two head back to Bulma's house. Gohan and Trunks spend days in training. Gohan is trying to teach Trunks how to reach SSJ, but Trunks cannot, despite all his anger. Trunks gets distressed, but Gohan continues to encourage Trunks. Meanwhile, C17 and C18 continue their destruction over the world. Gohan and Trunks decide to face the androids. Gohan is standing up against C17, but Trunks is getting kicked around by C18. Gohan flies over to aid Trunks and has to fight both androids now. The androids throws huge fireballs at Gohan and Trunks and flew away. Gohan wakens and struggles to get his body over to the unconscious Trunks. Gohan is badly injured and lost an arm in battle. Gohan finally reaches Trunks, struggles to get to his bag of senzu beans, and discovers that there is only one piece left. He feeds it into Trunks' mouth and collapses. Trunks awakens and quickly gets Gohan back to Bulma. Gohan recovers, but is missing a limb now. He continues to train Trunks, but Trunks still cannot reach SSJ. Days go by, and the androids are still a menace in endangering the Earth. Gohan and Trunks decide to face the androids again. Trunks feels ready to go, but Gohan hits him behind his neck and knocks him out. Gohan knows that Trunks is still not ready, and goes to fight C17 and C18 himself. Trunks awakens and discovered what has happened. He quickly flies over to the city the Androids were in. The city is destroyed, and Gohan is lying on the ground... dead. There is a storm. Rain is falling hard. Trunks looks at the dead Gohan and becomes enraged. He screams and finally reaches SSJ. Trunks decides to fight the androids again and encounters them. He quickly discovers that even though he is in SSJ, he is still no match against C17 and C18. The androids kick Trunks around and everything slowly goes blank. Trunks awakens to find himself bandaged in his bed. Bulma had taken his body home. Bulma tells Trunks that she has been working on a time machine and tells Trunks to go back in time to before Goku got his heart attack. Bulma gives him heart attack medicine for Goku to prevent his death so that the whole future would change. Trunks agrees. He gets in the time machine capsule that has the word "Hope" painted on it and travels to the past. Bulma waves goodbye and wishes him good luck. Trunks traveled back to where the ending of the Freezer Series took place. He kills Freezer and all of Freezer's crew and introduces himself to the Z warriors. Here is where we first encounter Trunks in the Dragonball Z series. Everything we know of him happens. He gives Goku the heart attack medicine that Bulma gave him and saves Goku's life. Then, he trains with Goku and Vegeta. It is now the Cell Series. Trunks (now known as Future Trunks because the Trunks in the timeline we know of is a baby) joins the struggle against Cell. Cells kills Trunks, but Trunks is resurrected by a wish Dende made for Shenlong. Trunks, now even stronger from all the battles and training, heads back to his time. To his dismay, nothing in the future was changed. However, he is a lot stronger now. He confronts the androids of his timeline again and easily kills them now. Then, he sees Cell and easily kills him too. There is peace in his timeline now.

Bardock: Years ago, Freezer took over the Saiyan planet and used its inhabitants, the Saiyan's, to act as mercenaries to destroy other planets. On one battle, Bardock is with his teammates and wipes out another planet. But, Tooro, a surviving member of the dying planet, curses Bardock with the ability to see his cursed future. Tooro is killed and Bardock recovers back in the Saiyan planet. Meanwhile, Bardock's son, Kakarotto, is born. In addition, Freezer begins grow tired of seeing the Saiyan's as one of his henchmen advises that the Saiyan's can become a threat when bonded together. At this time, Vegeta is a kid and has a high energy level for his age. He asks Freezer to send him to another planet to destroy and leaves with Napa. As Bardock recovered, his teammates leave to destroy another planet without him. After regaining consciousness, Bardock learns what has happened and leaves to join his teammates. At the planet, everything is normal until Bardock sees his teammates dead. A dying Saiyan is found by Bardock. From him, Bardock learns of Freezer's plot to destroy the Saiyan planet. Next, Bardock encounters some of Freezer's henchmen and fights. But, Bardock sees his son growing up in his head and loses concentration. Despite the headache, Bardock manages to defeat all the henchmen except for Dodorian. Dodorian blows a single fireball and defeats Bardock. Meanwhile, Kakarotto is sent to the planet Earth to destroy it when he grows up. Bardock survives, but is injured bad. Despite this, he travels back to planet Vegeta to warn the other Saiyan's of Freezer's plot. Bardock finds and tells his comrades, but the Saiyan's think of the plot as a joke and mock Bardock. Bardock is angry and decides that he must change the future... alone. Freezer's spaceship approaches and Bardock flies toward it in rage. Meanwhile, Cooler's ship flies away on the other side. Hundreds of Freezer's henchmen are dispatched from his ship and attack Bardock. Bardock defeats those who attack. Freezer exits his ship and laughs at Bardock. Bardock does his final fireball in an attempt to destroy Freezer and alter the fate of his planet. Freezer laughs some more and easily creates a super fireball. His fireball overwhelms Bardock's fireball and continues flying towards the Saiyan planet. Bardock, planet Vegeta, and all in its path (including Freezer's henchmen who were sent to destroy Bardock) are destroyed. Bardock sees the future one last time before he dies. He sees his planet get destroyed... He sees his son growing up... And he sees a grown up Kakarotto encounter Freezer... And dies a happy death... Vegeta and Napa were at another planet at the time, so they survive. They are told that their planet was hit by a meteor and destroyed, but Vegeta doesn't give a damn. Kakarot's two other brothers Radditz and Turles, were also elsewhere and they survived. As for Kakarotto, he lands on planet Earth and is found by Son Gohan. Gohan adopts Kakarotto and names his new grandson Goku.

Shenlong: In hell, Dr. Gerault and Dr. Myu teams up and create Android Artificial 17. They open a portal to go back into the land of the living and escapes to Earth. Artificial 17 seeks C17 and they fuse into Super 17. Cell and Freezer have also been upgraded by the scientists and plan to take over hell. Goku falls for the plot and gets tricked into going to hell to fight Cell and Freezer. Without Goku on Earth, our heroes don't stand a chance against Super 17. During battle, Dr. Gerault is held hostage. With Dr. Mau's command, Super 17 kills Dr. Gerault anyway. Later, Dr. Myu also gets betrayed and killed. However, Krillan and C18 have also perished in battle. Meanwhile, Napa escaped to Earth and Vegeta kills him again. Goku defeats Cell and Freezer, but is stuck in hell. Piccolo, who is in heaven, causes chaos in order to be sent to hell where he can help Goku go back to Earth. With a Nameck trick, Piccolo and Dende create a portal that allows Goku to enter back to Earth. A battle between Goku and Super 17 follows, and Super 17 is killed. The dragonballs are gathered to bring Krillan and C18 back to life. When Shenlong (dragon of the dragonballs) is summoned, something is wrong. An evil Shenlong appears and laughs wickedly. Our heroes learns that the dragonballs have cracked due to negative energy that stored inside the balls when negative wishes were made. A cloud appears around the evil Shenlong, and it transforms into seven evil dragons, each of a Dragonball. The dragons fly off in different directions and wreck chaos. Each dragon has its own element. When it finds that element, it will take on its true form. Goku and Pan flies off to fight these dragons. First, they encounter Ryan Shenlong. Ryan tells that he was born when Bora was wished back to life. This dragon of the 2 star Dragonball is of water pollution. It was tricked into swimming in clean water. After it was weakened by this action, Goku and Pan attack and kill it. The 2 star Dragonball is restored. Next, Goku and Pan follow the dragon radar's signal and encounter Uu Shenlong. It was born in the 5 star Dragonball when Goku was wished back to life to fight Radditz. This dragon of electricity was weakened in rain and destroyed in its weakened state. The 5 star Dragonball is recovered. Ryu Shenlong is the next to appear. This dragon was born when Woolong made the wish for women's underwear while fleeing from Pilaf. This dragon possesses the power of hurricanes. Goku learns of its weakness and attacks it on the head. Ryu was easily defeated and the 6 star Dragonball was restored. Following this, Goku and Pan fly to Chi Shenlong, which was born in the 7 star Dragonball when all the people killed by MVegeta were wished back to life. Pan gets tricked and becomes trapped in the dragon's body. Goku rescues her and destroys Chi. Another Dragonball is recovered. Suu Shenlong is next for Goku and Pan to encounter. It was born when Piccolo was wished back to life. This dragon of the sun is associated with the 4 star Dragonball. It challenges Goku in a match and the two fight. All of a sudden, San Shenlong, Suu Shenlong's brother and of the 3 star Dragonball, appears. After getting mocked by his brother for losing honor in interfering with the match, the dragon of ice fights Goku anyway. It is slayed in battle, and Goku and Suu continue their match. Goku admires Suu's sense of honor. The match becomes interfered again when another third party kills Suu. This party is Ii Shenlong, of the 1 star Dragonball. Goku defeats it in SSJ4, but the dragon survived. It defeats Pan and steals all the restored dragonballs. Ii fuses with the balls and powers up. Goku SSJ4 is no match for it in its fused state. Bulma created a brute ray that allowed Vegeta to go SSJ4, and SSJ4 Vegeta joins Goku in battle. The two are still no match for Ii. Another strategy is used: SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta fuse and become SSJ4 Gogeta! Ii is kicked around and the dragonballs it fused with are restored, but the fusion of SSJ4 Gogeta wears off before Ii is killed. Ii fuses with the dragonballs once again, but Goku gets to the 4 star Dragonball before Ii can and swallows it so that the dragon can't fuse with it. Eventually, Goku spits the dragonballs back out and Ii absorbs it. Vegeta suggests to use fusion again, but Goku is too weak to go SSJ4. Therefore, he remains in his small size; he cannot fuse with Vegeta in this state due to size differences. Ii boasts to kill Goku and Vegeta. One last chance of hope remains. Goku begins to create a Genki Dama. Everyone on Earth raises their hands to donate energy to Goku. Goku teleports to Kaio and asks that the energy is not enough. The Kaio's agree to help seek life forms across the galaxy to help donate energy to Goku. All the characters encountered in space in the Baby Series are shown again and they raise their hands. Goku's giant Genki Dama is created and it destroys Ii. All the dragonballs are restored to normal, but something is wrong. Shenlong appears without being summoned and tells that he will not make any more wishes because of all the trouble the dragonballs have caused. Goku convinces it to make the final wish of restoring all the civilians killed during the fights against the dragons. The wish is granted, and Goku is told to ride on Shenlong's back. Goku does so. Chichi and her sons go home to prepare a big feast while awaiting Goku's return, unaware what's going on. Pan notices Goku's tattered clothes on the ground and asks if her grandpa (Goku) is gone for good. Vegeta replies that he is. On the dragon's back, Goku visits the Z warriors. At the end, Goku lies down and the dragonballs are absorbed into Goku and Goku disappears. Shenlong coils up and flies at the camera. The screen turns white. It is now 100 years later. Goku Jr. (Pan's grandson) is at the latest Budoukai Tenkaichi tournament. He is about to compete against Vegeta Jr., one of Vegeta's descendant. The two boys to SSJ and fight. Pan is a spectator in the audience. She notices adult Goku (Her Grandpa Goku "original one") watching the fight at the other side of the stadium. Pan goes to him, but loses her grandfather in the crowd. Goku walks away, and highlights of Dragonball/Z/GT are shown.

Baby: Ten years passed since the end of Dragonball Z. Oob trains with Goku. Gotten and Trunks are adults. Pan is 14 years old. Satan is balding. Krillan has a mustache and gray hair. Since the defeat of evil Boo, there was peace on earth... Pilaf has finally gathered all the dragonballs to wish for world domination. Shenlong is summoned. Without notice, Goku enters the scene. Pilaf, surprised to see Goku after all these years, starts to wish that Goku was still a kid so that he could be easier to defeat. Shenlong takes this for the wish and turns Goku back into a kid. Pilaf runs off again and is never seen again. Goku returns to his house and tells about what happened. Popo appears and tells Goku that there are Black Star Dragonballs scattered in space. Goku decides to find these dragonballs to restore himself to his normal form. (The dragonballs of the Earth can only be used to grant wishes once a year). More surprisingly, Popo tells that these Dragonballs must be gathered within a year or the Earth will explode! Goku and Trunks get on a space capsule to set voyage on their new quest. Pan sneaks aboard the capsule and accidentally damages an engine. The space capsule crashes into many planets. In these planets, our heroes acquire the Dragonballs and meet a cast of minor characters. (It was these boring scenes that made people hate Dragonball GT at first.) During these scenes, Goku and Trunks enter their SSJ for the first time in Dragonball GT to battle the minor villains. Pan also fights, but spends most of her time watching the Super Saiyan's in amazement. In addition, our heroes meet Gill, a little robot who swallowed the Dragonball radar. As a result, our heroes take him on their journey. Our heroes land on Dr. Mau's planet. Dr. Myu is an evil scientist who creates a bunch of cyborge and robots. Gill is one of his creations. Trunks is kidnapped. Pan tries to rescue Trunks while Goku fights Rudo, a creation of Dr. Myu. Rudo is killed. Gill helps Trunks and Pan escape and our crew returns to space. One of Dr. Mau's project is Baby. Baby is really the only surviving Tsufurujin. Planet Plant, his native planet, was destroyed by the Saiyan's back when the Saiyan's worked as mercenaries for Freezer. As the only survivor, Baby wants revenge on all Saiyan's, innocent or guilty. Dr. Myu found Baby in space and saved him. Baby has the power to take over bodies and acquire his victims power. Baby takes over Dr. Mau's body and kills him in the betrayal. Goku, Trunks, Pan, and Gill finally return to Earth with all seven Black Star Dragonballs. Goku takes them to Popo to secure them for later use. However, Baby also lands on Earth. Slowly, he takes over the bodies of Trunks, Gohan, and Gotten. Even when he leaves their bodies, an egg is left in their brain. This egg makes its victim a zombie of Baby. (When Gohan was Gohan Bebi, he fought and injured Piccolo with a fireball). Baby finally finds a body that satisfies him, Vegeta's! Vegeta's body is taken over and Vegeta Bebi is formed! Soon, everyone on Earth become zombies of Baby except Satan, Pan, Boo, Oob, and Goku. Popo, also a victim of Baby, uses the Black Star Dragonballs to create another Planet Plant for Baby. (By this time, Dragonball GT began to get interesting and unsatisfied fans began to take up interest in this sequel series to Dragonball Z). Oob faces Vegeta Bebi and is defeated. Fat Boo joins the battle and is killed. Boo's body is near Oob and his spirit enters Oob. The two fuse and Oob learns that he and Boo were originally one. However, even with this fusion, Oob is no match for Vegeta Bebi. Goku faces Vegeta Bebi. Vegeta Bebi is stronger and easily defeats the young Goku. Goku powers up to SSJ3, but is still defeated; Vegeta Bebi can also power up to level 3. Pan hides in the background and watches the fight. Goku gets defeated by Baby's black death fireball and the assistant of Kaioshin came to rescued Goku from the death ball, but he was too late. Goku's soul was then gone to the gateway of death. Either going to die to hell or to heaven and get trained at Kaioshin planet and go back to earth to defeat Baby. But during the way Goku had to play a game with the gateway guy. Goku must win to go to Kaioshin and if he loses, we all know hell. Well they been playing for a long time, (Goku may not use his powers or cheat, or he loses the game) finally Goku wins the game! And Goku was on his way to see Kaioshin. On Kaioshin planet, the Kaioshin inhabitant substances are creating a formula that will make Goku's tail grow back. (The tail is the main source of power for a Saiyan.) Goku's tail is only partially grown. Kaioshin pulls it to make it reach normal length. Goku returns to planet Plant to face Vegeta Bebi. After getting beaten by Vegeta Bebi again, Goku lies on the ground and stares at the Earth. The "full Earth" acts as a full moon. As a result, Goku reaches Oozaru stage and becomes a giant golden ape. (The ape is gold instead of brown because it was the Earth that caused the transformation instead of the moon). Goku is a lot stronger, but is unable to control his body in Oozaru stage and trashes everything in sight. Another change occurs. Goku acquires control over his body and enters another stage beyond Oozaru. He powers up and becomes SSJ4. The tide of the battle is turned and Vegeta Bebi is losing. The zombie Bulma creates a special magnifying glass for her husband. It magnifies the rays of the full Earth and Vegeta Bebi enters Oozaru stage. Goku gets defeated once again. Meanwhile, Kaioshin resolves that Chousui water could cleanse people from Baby's control. He goes to Sky Palace to get the Chousui water. Dende and Popo are cleansed in the struggle against Kaioshin. This water is spread to everyone. Gohan, Gotten, Trunks (now free from Baby's control) and Pan surround Goku and form a circle. Their energy is donated to Goku. Goku and Vegeta Bebi face each other again. Goku does a Kamehameha fireball and defeats Vegeta Bebi. Baby leaves Vegeta's body and runs to a space capsule to escape, but is killed. The Earth is about to explode because the Black Star Dragonballs weren't used to wish for the Earth's stability. Our heroes fly all the inhabitants to planet Plant. Piccolo decides to stay on Earth to die with it because he loved it so much. (He is still injured from the blast from Gohan Bebi.) The Earth explodes, and Piccolo goes with it. At The Nameck Dragonballs are gathered and the Earth is restored from the wish, but Piccolo is still dead. However, one thing is learned, Goku reached a new stage as SSJ4.
