 This
album would be very out of place in a church. Trent Reznor is the solo
member of NIN, of course he has a live band when tours. People fit this
album into Industrial, which is basically, electronic goth music. Written
and recorded in the house of Charles Manson, it's eerie. It's a very atmospheric
album, with songs like Piggy, not the most happy album but if 'Closer'
doesn't make you smile you are a miserable git. Check out the re-mix album
called 'Further Down the Spiral' it's very strange, but worth listening
