System Of A Down
Since I lost the original review I though I'd give it another go... this album won't start a revolution (unfortunately),  but thankfully it's sperbly crafted iun songs like 'Sugar', it clear of the singer's talent and the air of tribal beats thoughout the album. This is more apparent in 'Ddevil' which tramples along. It'd be hard to label this band anything let along 'Metal',  although it's there is a lot of agression in this album.
It examines this societies oppression and proclaims 'Free Thinks Are Dangerous in 'MIND. The notes throughout the sleeves show short messages concerning political super-powers... 'Your thoughts, and dreams are no longer sacred, as they are exposed to a weapon known as remote viewing and monitoring.'
A must-have album even if you are completely ignore the message it's trying to convey... Let us instigate the revolt, down with the system! Open you eyes, open you mouths, close your hands and make a fist.
