Yes, well...... It's from the Russian mag Dark City - very well-produced, might subscribe to it if it wasn't for the slight language difficulty..... (Also a pity the old website address has come out wrong : it should have been www.the-vessel.demon.co.uk.)
20th DECEMBER :-
Vessel were featured in Kerrang!'s Scum Scene
in the issue published last week, and are getting a lot of
enquiries as a result. The article managed to get their albums
rather mixed up though.
To clear things up a bit, Xebec is the 5-track CD
released last year, which includes the track Demonic,
mentioned in the article.
The demo currently being circulated is an 8-track preview version
of Vessel's forthcoming album, at the moment provisionally entitled
Freaks, Liars, Circles....., which will be released
for sale soon, probably with a couple of extra tracks. Tracks
on the demo are :

7.Skins 8.Circles
Vessel played in the Market Place from 8 p.m. until 9 p.m., during the town's Christmas Late Night Shopping !
Well-successful gig in Stowmarket,
enthusiastic crowd, many new to Vessel, stayed for whole set.
One shopkeeper is threatening to write to the council and complain
because when the band started playing all the potential customers
walked out of her shop to watch them... Rain held off until 9
o'clock - nice timing.
PRIZE QUOTE : Old man with zimmer frame approaches Barney the
day after the gig. Says "I saw you last night. It's not my
kind of music, but it's what the town needed - a good kick up
the behind!"
