This card, whilst still remaining valid, was no longer issued after May 1943, if then lost or damaged it was replaced with N.R. 107A. It was formerly issued to certain employees of public utility undertakings and of contracting firms that did work on behalf of public utility undertakings, and also to certain officers commissioned for service with the Air Training Corps.
