Isobella's World

Now, for all you little 'uns, here's IzzyB's page just for you. She's now three years plus and will probably start updating this page herself.

Like most mites her age, Teletubbies and all things Winnie-the-Pooh are her favorites. Tigger especially. One of the most beautiful 'Classic' Pooh sites we have seen is Andrea's Oh Bother Page

She's also big into Dora the Explorer on Nick Jr. They also show Thomas the Tank Engine, Maisy and Kipper. Have a look at the site - it's really good!

Here's a little wordsearch we put together - hope you like it - Winnie-the-Pooh. Just print it out and away you go.

Teletubbies

There's very few children who don't know who the Teletubbies are but, for those who don't, here's the story. Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po are the Teletubbies. Tinky Winky and Dipsy are boys and Laa-Laa and Po are girls. This programme was one of the first aimed at under one's and over. They live in a house called the tubbydrome, and live on a diet of Tubbie custard and Tubbie toast. When the wind blows, a magic windmill brings pictures to the TV screens on the tummies of the Teletubbies, and shows children playing and other activities. The Tubbies have 'favourite things'. Tinky Winky has a bag, Dipsy has a hat, Laa-Laa has a bouncy ball, and Po has a scooter. They also have a hoover call Noo-Noo, who vacuums up more than dirt! They are very educational for the very young, and promote love, hugs and sharing, which ain't a bad thing! Can you guess from the picture who is who?

Here's a Teletubbies game for you to try - Tubbies, and a Winnie-the-Pooh game . You'll have to save these to your computer, but they've been virus-checked, and work fine on ours.

You can get other freeware games from here - Grey Olltwit's Freeware.
Parents / guardians - this gentlemen makes games to help children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. He has a good bit of information about it on his site. We think he's well worth supporting.

The Tigger Song

The wonderful thing about Tiggers

Tiggers are wonderful things

their tops are made out of rubber

their bottoms are made out of springs

They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy

fun, fun, fun, fun, fun,

but the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is

I'm the only one - I'M THE ONLY ONE

sound button

A wee while ago, Izzy got a present of a Luv-a-Lot bear. The memory was jigged a bit, and we found a Care Bear video that Neill used to have. It was a lovely cartoon, with beautiful messages for children. There doesn't seem to be many Care Bear sites on the web, but check out the Adoptions page for the link for Care Bear adoptees. Here's a little list of them and what they look like. We'll try and get more info for you soon. Care Bears.

Toddler's Property Laws

  1. If I like it, it's mine
  2. If I can take it from you, it's mine
  3. If I had it a little while ago, it's mine
  4. If it's mine, it must never appear to be yours in any way
  5. If I'm doing or building something, all the pieces are mine
  6. If it looks just like mine, it's mine
  7. If I think it's mine, it's mine
  8. If you take it away from me, then I won't love you anymore

  10. Presents = love.

Get your crayons out! We have a couple of pictures here that you can save, print out and colour. More to come soon.

Come and have a look at Isobella's cyber friends

Here's a little jigsaw for you - Elmo. See the note for the Teletubbies and Pooh games. Same thing applies.
