One of our favorites at the moment are Limp Bizkit, which really bugs Neill as he reckons thirty-somethings shouldn't like what he likes. Hey Neill, Fred's pushing thirty too!!! Anyway, who's into Metallica, one of our faves, bubba? Even IzzyB loves "Rollin'" and does the actions to it when she sees it. She's taken to watching a lot of MTV lately, just to catch a glimpse of the boys. Yeah, here's the link to their website www.limpbizkit.com.
This site is well worth a visit. The band seem to be actively involved in it, especially Fred, who chats, puts up news, and keeps an eye on the message board. And Wes has offered to look at the fan sites, and help them out with fact versus fiction. It's nice to find a really good band that are so approachable.
Major loves include AC/DC, Aerosmith, Guns n'Roses, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, et al.
On the mellower side The Doors, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac (especially the fantastic Stevie Nicks.)
Here's the worrying part about old age rockers - listening to and liking seriously different stuff. Fat Boy Slim's last album "You've come a long way, baby" was excellent. Robbie Williams is always good for a laugh (and a decent song), and we have his stuff too - hated Take That though, so we're redeemed somewhat. Anastascia has the most powerful voice. Sonique is really good. And, of course, our own lovely Corrs. Ah, they're quite cool.
We'll fill this page in as time goes on but, for now, that's it.
