Hethersett U12's started the season with a squad of seventeen players, the competition for places was hotting up!
Lack of match practice and fitness saw us fall in the opening game 1-5 to Norwich United. Despite the slow start we put a run of seven unbeaten games before Aylsham arrived and won 1-3. The end of the season we improved again and gained a pleasing double over old "enemies" Attleborough, 1-0 and 4-0. We still proved to be consistent in the cup games losing again in the first round to a very good Thetford Panthers side, 0-3. This had been our best season to date finishing third in the league.
