Lancaster were formed in 1841 and ever since have played to the high standard of cricket, strived for by both players and members. They play at Lune Road, Lancaster under the setting of the famous castle on the hill. Now members of the Northern Premier Cricket League Lancaster have always maintained a high standard of cricket from juniors to seniors. Lancaster 1st XI are looking forward to the new season with South African Professional Rennier Munnik looking to bulid on his impressive impact last year. The 2nd XI are hoping to build on the 2nd place achieved last season, and are alos pushing for more cup success to add to their League Cup of 2002.
