For my week in Crete I based myself in Hersonissou, a lively resort
central to most of the islands attractions. On Thursday 26th October 2000, after a killer of a day
at the Samaria Gorge, I went to my usual nightly haunt the Hard Rock Cafe, due to my love of rock
and live music. The resident band 'Boots' were doing one of their last performances of the
season there, and tonight they were sounding great. Here's a few pictures of them, together with
a picture of wot too much alcohol does to you.
