Same as the Pubs and Clubs, most of the shops in Corralejo are based
around the Main Street. Most are closed in the afternoons for their Siesta (well that's what they
tell you lol) and open back up around 6.00pm in the afternoon till late. There are a variety of
shops selling trinkets (wooden camels etc), electrical goods (very cheap especially camera's),
food and wine etc and surfing gear. Some of the surfing shops worth checking out include Matador
(clothes, gear, new equipment), Home Grown (clothes, new surfboards), Natural Surf (surfboards
and wetsuit hire), Blue Planet (clothes).
Whats worth mentioning here is Natural Surf and Ineika Surf (located near Dunas Appartments
by Harbour Break), both hire out boards and wetsuits if you don't want to cart your own
equipment out to the island. They also arrange transfer to and from the breaks off the 'North
Track' which costs about 1000pts picking you up from your hotel. Not bad hey for £4. So again if
you got no car, you got no excuse !!!
