DOROTHY HOLDEN of DOVER, KENT, UK is looking for an Annie Ostle.

Annie married Thomas ADDISON in Liverpool in 1845. Thomas was a blacksmith and Annie's father is given as Joseph OSTLE. In 1851 they were living at 122 Burlington Street, Liverpool.

PETER OSTLE of DERBYSHIRE is looking for any further information on the Richibucto Ostles of New Brunswick (See under "New Brunswick Ostles" on the History pages)

Also anything on the Rev. J. Sharpe Ostle who was curate of Crossthwaite 1883-5. A report in The West Cumberland Times for November 3, 1886 says he was taking up a six month's chapliancy in the South of Spain. His boss at the church was Cannon H.D. Rawnsley, one of the founders of the National Trust.

HELEN STRICKLAND is seeking information on a MARGARET OSTLE who married her ancestor, Thomas Muse in 1913, probably at Carlisle. Thomas died around 1820 and then Margaret took the kids off with her to Australia.
