the elder of Stanton St Bernard in the County of Wilts Carpenter

 

Make this my Last will & Testament.

 

First I Leave my Body to be decently Buried at the Discretion

 

of my Executor herein after named as to my worldly Goods I dispose

 

of them in the following manner First I give to my Daughters

 

Ann Alexander & Dinah Green & to my Grandson Thomas Springbat

 

the Sum of five pounds a piece to be paid to them within three

 

Months after my Decease:

 

Also I give all the money I have out at use (on Bonds Notes of hand or

 

Mortgages) at the time of my Death to be Equally Divided between

 

My two Daughters Ann Alexander & Dinah Green.

 

Also I give all my Goods Household Goods Furniture whatsoever with

 

all Beds Bedding & Linnen & all the money I have by me at the time

 

of my Death to my Daughter Ann Alexander:

 

Also I give to my Son Richard Springbat my Leasehold House

 

Garden & Orchard with the Appurtenancs (Paying the above

 

Mentioned Legacies to my Daughters Ann Alexander & Dinah Green

 

and my Grandson Thomas Springbat) for & During the Term of

 

his Natural Life & after his decease to Aviss now his wife

 

for & during so long time as she continues a widdow & from the

 

Day of her marriage again or Death I Give the whole to Thomas

 

Springbat my Grandson for the Remainder of the said Lease

 

Lastly I nominate constitute & appoint my son Richard: Executor

 

of this my last will & Testament.
