British Shorelines
The famous Durdle Door, with tide still fairly low. The water will come up to cover the darkened area of rock at high tide. This photograph was taken from the cliff top - it is a long walk down a steeply sloping path to get this far, and then steps down to the beach. The beautiful Lulworth Cove can also be reached from both cliff top path and beach, but it was a wild, wet, and windy day when I visited, and I went no further!.
