These are some of the pictures that were taken during a camping holiday in July 2000. I was based at a site in Indian Creek, in the northern part of Yellowstone National Park. Apparently, so I'm told, the whole of Yellowstone is one big supervolcano and it blows about every 600,000 years. With a few thousand years either way that 600,000 years is about up. Worrying! Anyway, the picture that looks like it was taken on the surface of Venus, or something, is my favourite. I also used it as background on the "Updates" page.
