Me (on the right!) on holiday in
Northern Ireland with Sarah who lives down the road and Sarah from
Ballymena, Northern Ireland (confusing I know!). My friend Simon
took the picture - we all had an excellent time!
My interests
I am vegetarian, and enjoy alsorts
of things, particularly socialising and of course environmental
stuff! Here is a list of bits and bobs I like to do in alphabetical
order.
- Arts - I enjoy sketching views
and animals
- Animals and pets (I haven't
got any at the mo. so I borrow other people's!)
- Books and Magazines - I like
fantasy books such as Lord of the Rings, books by Terry Brooks
etc., and non - fiction books on nature, the countryside,
conservation etc. I also read magazines such as BBC Wildlife and
some computer mags for their free CD's!
- Computers and Technology -
e.g. this website, and building my own disco
- Films - cinema and TV
- Practical conservation,
raising environmental awareness and writing environmental protest
letters etc. (when I get round to it!)
- History - anything, but
especially old buildings and castles
- Music - pop n charts stuff,
70's, 80's, bit of 60's and rock n roll, rock, and a bit of dance.

- News n current affairs - I
like to know wots wot in the world and locally too.
- Photography

- Science - anything except I
hate genetic engineering and nuclear power!
- Theatre - I love a good story
with live acting
I am 24 years old, live in the
Huddersfield district (Kirklees) of West Yorkshire, and am studying
an MSc in 'Countryside Recreation Management' at Sheffield Hallam
University.
