Adel
So, you can't beat Adel? Bad luck! I honestly don't see what was so hard, I beat her easily first time, if you can't kill Adel in one Renzokuken, like I can, then you will need to heal Rinoa, follow the instructions below.
Don't forget:
You can draw regen from Rinoa, and cast it straight onto her.Good Luck.
Boss Strategy 1.
1. Adel/Rinoa
a. Adel has taken Rinoa and
connected herself with Rinoa
to take her energy.
i.This will recharge
Adel, and kill Rinoa.
Once Rinoa is dead
the powers will
transfer to Adel. And you will lose the game!
b.First thing to do is cast
Regen on Rinoa. Do this by drawing it from Rinoa
and CASTING it onto her.
Later in the fight Adel will take her HP.
c. Cast MELTDOWN on Adel.
This will put her Defense on 0.Your
Physical attacks now do massive damage!
Adel has been sleeping for a
long time and doesn't have
much use of her powers so
she is pretty weak.
d.Do not summon GFs or
Squall's Limit Break or you
will kill Rinoa. ( Since you probably are not that strong,
it may be best not to risk Renzokuken.
e.Use physical attacks on her
until she is dead.
Boss Strategy 2.
More dangerous if you have a gunblade
which can do Fated Circle and Blasting Zone.
Cast Regen on Rinoa. Then Meltdown on Adel.
Physical attacks now do massive damage. Cast
Aura on Squall, or (risky) beat him down to low Hp.
Then repeatedly press circle (Change character) until he
Gets Renzokuken. Use it on Adel repeatedly, and you should win easily.
Although I kill Adel in 1 Renkokuken, so I don't have a problem.
Aditional Notes:
1: If you kill Adel and Rinoa at the same time, eg: Squall kills Both of them with a Blasting Zone, it is worth noting, Rinoa will live, Adel will Die.
2: Selphies, The End, will kill Adel 1 hit, also Rinoa will live.
3: Use Curaga on Rinoa regularly if you can't kill Adel in one hit.
