| hi
stealth ....when u plagiarise, take everything! |
|||||
| just had a good browz thru e-grex, looking GOOD, lots of content, I can see why youv had people go right thru your celtic bits and onto the patterns and pics, its quite hypnotic/compulsive, but heres the crit, the menu bar at the top is workin well. like the colour coding but when you get to a sub cat page , ie photos/nature you are then faced with a nasty little text line of page numbers! how about a third line in the menu to handle these or some other way to avoid needing superb eye-hand co-ord to acces the pages? (note this crit has been made extra servere to compensate for the jealoussy and admiration felt for the size and quality of the site) |

| It's
a lovely site y'have. I've not found the ubiquitous Celtic cross, though.
I'm thinkin' of doin' a bit of stencilin' now that I've seen your site. I'll be checkin' back, so I will. |

| you
are to be congratulated on a good webpage! the animations are cool. but
the so called Celtic sections are overrun with medievil ornament.................... no offence meant. so I asked for education! |

| hi
Stealth Anorak, as requested. "Peculiarities of Celtic ornament: The chief peculiarities of the Celtic ornamentation consist, first, in the entire absence of foliage or other phyllomorphic or vegitable ornament, the classical acanthus being entirely ignored; and secondly, in the extreme intricacy, and excessive minuteness and elaboration, of the various paterns, mostly geometrical, consisting of interlace ribbon-work, diagonal or spiral lines, and strange, monstrous animal and birds, with long top-knots, tongues, and tails, intertwining in almost endless knots. Origin of Celtic ornament: the various styles of ornament described above were practised thoughout Great Britain and Irland from the 4th to the 11 th centuries." The grammar of ornament by Owen James pub 1856 |

Glad to hear you are happier again. I hit on your websites - I am impressed! - and read them with interest, and no doubt will revisit them. my husband reckons the education dept are just the same... but It's actually in his contract that he is not to criticise his employers! I have now looked more closely at your web site and of course being me had totally missed your secret page 1st time round! I will now keep up to date with it as it goes along. Many people write as 'therapy' but this is the 1st web site I have seen and I must say in the past I could have done with making one myself.

|||||
| hi there, just to tell you that i enjoyed your celtic pattern collection. the popup ads at fortunecity, however, are extremely annoying. i hope you can soon move out to an ad-free zone. best of luck and keep up the good work! |

| Hi, I'm not
much for giving "feedback" but you're an exception. I enjoyed
this site very much, and your way of expressing yourself, right down to
the little messages on the 'gifs'. The one on {ac056.gif} (about trust)
hit me right where I live today. :) Your political views are far more advanced and foreign to mine. I do however hold my own opinion of things. Why am I telling you all this !? *L* Actually, I only stopped by to say great job on your site. You have a wonderful mind. Thank's for putting it out there to see. Wish you all the best and hope you continue to explore whats up there. with best regards, Trease |

Lovely images...thankyou! But please, there are SO many popups and Gator Best wishes....Linda

Thanks for all the feedback. The pop ups seem to be annoying, that's the problem with a free site, Fortunecity seems to have gone for even more recently...I did have a website monitor separate from website story that put loads of pop ups onto the site, I think I have got rid of them now... ....and I have no plans to pay for hosting...so there really is no such thing as a free lunch...still I feel the images are worth it...no pain no gain! Please keep visiting! The Stealth Anorak |
