Easily the greatest thing in Lancashire. Another fine shower of TVRs in GT3:
Let's do some sums... 350hp... Plus no mass... Plus FR... Equals "Zoooooooooooooomspincrash..." Hilarious to drive. Comparatively little power for GT games, but the lightweight and relatively short body make this the pocket rocket. In real life, most folks go for a Clio 172 or a Seat Ibiza Cupra. In GT you settle for a Griff... Can't be bad.
The Griffith replacement. Styling isn't everyone's bag, but the immense power and tiny weight ought to be. Extraordinarily fast - in the real world the Tuscan R is rated at 202mph - and the reflex spice and chamaeleon orange paint work is enough to make Andy Warhol put down his Marilyn Monroe pictures and dribble.
I'm not entirely sure that the English language has words that can cope with describing the TVR Speed 12. Well, not unless you're willing to drop into guttural sounds like "Hnnnnnnnnnng!". This car is a complete and utter hoot. It will spin if you even look at the screen. If you breathe near the accelerator - or more often if someone in a house 200 yards down the street thinks about sex - the car will make it's way from HERE to THERE like a proton in a cyclosynchrotron. Very, very hard to control through corners but simply blistering down the straight bits. This is my absolute favourite car in GT3, requiring 100% concentration for as long as you drive it, but by no means is it everyone's cup of tea. I say own one and drive it as often as possible. Most other people say "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!"
